new polls, old polls

Some “new” polls out on Ohio and Pennsylvania that show Clinton with a nice lead. Actually they’re old polls, as they’re before the Potomac blowout, but you have to read all the way to the bottom to find out the dates they actually cover – Feb. 6-12. In a race this hot, that’s effectively meaningless. Now a poll taken TODAY, to see if Obama’s Virginia-Maryland-DC win has changed things, might be useful. I don’t think we’ll see meaningful numbers on Ohio or Pennsylvania until after Wisconsin votes on the 19th. Losing 10 states in a row has to have an impact.
